In an emergency, don’t wait. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Cancellation & no-shows
Give 24 hours’ notice
Call or text (307) 690-4521 at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. Voicemail counts.
Fees
Late cancellation (under 24 hours): may be charged [late-cancellation fee].
No-show (missed without notice): may be charged [no-show fee].
Insurance usually won’t cover these fees. We may waive them for emergencies.
Repeated no-shows
After [number] no-shows or late cancellations within [time period], we may limit scheduling or, if needed, end care. If care ends, you’ll get written notice, referrals, and a reasonable medication bridge when clinically appropriate.
If we reschedule
If Rebecca must reschedule, we’ll tell you early and offer the next opening. You’re never charged.
Weather & emergencies
Unsafe roads, weather, or a personal emergency? Tell us when it’s safe. No fee applies, and we may switch you to telehealth.
Running late
Visits end on time, so arriving late may shorten yours.
Telehealth: 15 minutes late or more may need rescheduling and count as a late cancellation.
Tech trouble? Call or text right away.

Terms & practice policies
These terms cover care from Rebecca L. White, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, through Aloha Family and Behavioral Health, operated by Teton Solid Minds, LLC (“the practice,” “we”), and your use of this website.
Not for emergencies
We aren’t an emergency service, and messages aren’t monitored 24/7. In a crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest ER.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. Online payment will use the secure Tebra portal (card details never touch this site). For now, call (307) 690-4521 to pay by phone.
Insurance
We bill your insurance. Bring your current card and tell us about changes.
Your plan decides coverage; check benefits and authorizations with your insurer.
You owe what your plan doesn’t pay (deductibles, copays, coinsurance, non-covered services).
Sliding scale
Available by application, based on household income and size. Your rate is confirmed before your visit and may be reviewed periodically.
Communication
Call or text for scheduling, billing, and questions; email for general questions only.
Text and email are not secure. Don’t send clinical details or card numbers. If you do, you accept that risk; our replies stay brief.
We reply during business hours. Never text or email about urgent needs.
Privacy & HIPAA
HIPAA and Wyoming law protect your health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains its use and your rights. [Notice of Privacy Practices link] Copies are available at your first visit or on request. This site has no contact forms, collects no health information, and uses no ad trackers.
Minors & consent
Under 18: a parent or legal guardian generally must consent and attend the first visit. We may ask for custody or guardianship papers.
Where Wyoming law allows, some services may need less parental involvement. We’ll discuss confidentiality with the teen and family at the start.
Telehealth
Video visits use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
You must be in a state where Rebecca is licensed during each visit. Tell us beforehand if you’re traveling.
Join from a private, safe place, with your phone number and address handy.
Some concerns need an in-person exam or house call.
Medical records
Request your records, or have them sent to another provider, in writing with your signature. Call or text for a form; fax (for records): (307) 200-6482. We respond within HIPAA timeframes. A cost-based fee may apply as the law allows [records fee, if any].
Website disclaimer
This site is general information, not medical advice, and using it doesn’t create a provider–patient relationship. Outside sites (such as Tebra) have their own terms.
Governing law
Wyoming law governs these policies and your use of this website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these policies; see “Last updated” above. We’ll share major changes at your next visit.
